In the spirit of love, harmony and eternal brotherhood, the leading football clubs of Saigon (Saints) and Hanoi (capitals) combat eachother in the annual tournament "The Rashes".
The 2005 event was hosted by the Saints, who geniously granted Capitals the title by allowing the opponent to score twice within the last five minutes (own goal and belly bounce).
