Absent: Jeff (at least he told Diggers he wouldnt come), James (last seen Friday night kissing his boss the Amazon at the spotted cow - or was it a spotted cow at the Amazon?)

With the no show from the two piss heads only 10 HCFC players witnessed the early kick off at newly renovated Thuy Loi Stadium (not acceptable). The emergency defence formation quickly turned out to be an impregnable wall, which time and time again rejected the eager Viet Keo forwards attempts to get near Oanhs goal. Actually, this must have been a most quite day at the office for Oanh who's main contribution was his notorious primal screams when HCFC scored.

The new midfield constellation proved effective with D&D ruling center midfield wisely distributing candy to the young talented Mr. Anders "Ronaldinho" Stigel whose kick feet continuously caused difficulties for the Viet Keo defence. Eamon kick started his initial anonymous performance by converting - yet another brilliant Claus Klinsi pass - with a dry shot to the near post in the 40th minute. 1-0 and HCFC was looking stronger by the minute. Forwards martin and Tomy "Tyson" Meyer fought well and created several chances without having the last bit of luck.

In second half the HCFC continued to dominate. Ricky left the pitch crippled from a solo accident, and thus missed Diggers one man show when passing 3-4 Viet Keo defenders before serving the ball for an easy goal to ta-taaa: Mister Martin "always on the spot" Welsh who scored his third goal in as many matches . . . the kid is only 37 years old.

All in all an enjoyable day with good vibrations on the team. Not a single yellow card for HCFC on a day where the usual bitching and fighting referees/opponents/teammates were kept at a minimum . . . . . delightful afternoon in the gentle Hanoian sun ! ! !
